"Billing was easy enough"
I’ve tried DailyLook a few times now, and the billing part has been straightforward, which I appreciate because I always look at my card charges. I didn’t see any random extra fees or those weird pending holds that just sit there forever. The amounts were what I thought they would be, and when I had returns or credits, those showed up fine too. Not much exciting to say, but in a good way. The charges made sense and were easy for me to follow.

"Refund came through"
I did get my refund in the end, the return just took longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, but I wish the process had been a bit quicker.

"Good overall, even if a little pricey"
I was happy with it overall. There were a couple pieces in my box that I probably wouldn’t have picked out on my own, but I actually ended up keeping two items, so that was a nice surprise. Shipping was totally fine, and the return process was easy, which I appreciated. It can feel a bit pricey sometimes, especially compared to, well… but overall it was still a good experience

"Better customer service than I expected"
I had a question about my box and expected it to take a while to hear back, but customer service replied really quickly. They got it sorted out without making it complicated or turning it into a big hassle. It was just nice to deal with a company that actually responds and helps.

"Not Quite What I Was Hoping For"
I tried Dailylook for a couple of boxes, i was a little disappointed. Some of the outfits were kind of close to my style, and a few tops were cute and easy to wear, but several pieces felt way older than what I had asked for. The sizing was mostly okay, so that wasn’t really the issue. It just felt like the style choices missed the mark too often. I might try it again at some point, but I ended up sending back a lot more than I expected.

"Clear pricing, wish I’d tried it sooner"
I tried Dailylook i kind of regret not giving it a shot earlier. The pricing was really clear from the beginning, so I knew exactly what the styling fee was and what I’d be paying if I decided to keep anything. There weren’t any random extra charges popping up later, which I really appreciated. It made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful and easier to decide what was actually worth keeping.

"I do like that DailyLook lets you skip..."
I do like that DailyLook lets you skip or pause boxes when money is tight, because that flexibility is helpful. But I felt a little misled at first since it wasn’t as straightforward as I thought it would be to find the settings and manage everything. Once I figured it out, it worked fine, but it definitely took more effort than I expected.

I was kind of in a rush when I tried everything on, but the clothes felt nice overall. Most of the pieces were comfortable and seemed like decent quality, though I didn’t get a ton of time to really look them over closely

"Great Variety, But Be Careful"
I like Dailylook because they have so many different brands all in one place. It definitely makes it easier to find pieces that fit my style without bouncing around between a bunch of websites. Just a heads up though, it’s really easy to keep adding things to your cart because there are so many options.

"Finally Found My Size"
I was so happy they had my size in stock. I’d checked a bunch of other places and everyone else seemed to be sold out, so this was such a relief. Definitely felt like I had better luck here than with the usual crowd.

"Dailylook Felt Fair and Worth It"
I was surprised by Dailylook, in a good way. The clothes felt better quality than a lot of what I usually find around the same price, and I ended up keeping a few pieces from my box. I also liked that the styling fee goes toward anything you buy, because that just feels fair—you’re paying for someone’s time, not throwing money away. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but for the quality, convenience, and not having to waste time shopping around, it felt worth it to me.

"Pretty easy to shop, but checkout dragged a little"
I’d say finding outfits was easy overall, and I didn’t have much trouble browsing around. The checkout process felt a little slow to me, though maybe it was just the site having an off moment.

"Showed Up Fast, Thankfully"
I got my dailylook box way sooner than I thought I would, which was great because I’m not very patient when I’m waiting on packages. The tracking was easy to follow, and there were no issues at all. It just showed up fast and everything was good.

"Easy exchange, just wish I’d had more updates"
I had to exchange a couple of items from my Dailylook box, it went smoother than I expected. The steps were easy to follow, and the new size showed up faster than I thought it would. I do kind of regret not checking the sizing more carefully before ordering, but at least the exchange process wasn’t a hassle. My only small complaint is that I wish there had been a few more updates while I was waiting. Overall though, it was a good experience.

"Good mix of styles, but I’m a little cautious"
I actually like the clothing selection on Dailylook. There’s a nice mix of casual pieces and dressier stuff, so I can usually find at least a few things I’d actually wear. Not everything is my style, and I’ll admit I’m always a little worried about being fooled by photos that look better online than in real life, but so far it’s been decent. I just wish they had more size options because that would make it a lot easier to shop confidently.
